Announcements for January 29, 2023

  • The parents of the young people will meet this LD for prayer and fellowship after the meeting on the second floor. We will continue our church reading schedule of the Life-Study of Romans this week with messages 5 and 6. You can purchase a set of the Romans Life-studies from the bookroom.
  • There will be a blending conference in West Richland from February 4-5.
    • Meeting 1: Saturday morning at 10:00 am
    • Meeting 2: Saturday afternoon, 1:00 pm
    • Meeting 3: Lord’s day morning, 10:00 am
    • Meeting 4: Lord’s day after lunch, 1:00 pm
  • The International Chinese-speaking conference will be held February 17-19 in Anaheim.
  • The national college training will be held at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign | Champaign, IL from July 16 – 22, 2023. Early registration for the national college training is now open; registration is at: https://www.collegetraining.org/register

  • We have a sign-up for families to invite students for lunch after the Lord’s day meeting. This will be an excellent opportunity to knit the families with the students.

  • The church in Portland is resuming in-person meetings and will have their first church meeting this Lord’s day in their new meeting hall at 10:00 am. The address is: 15351 SE Johnson Rd, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. The phone number is: 503-657-4714
  • Through January 19th, we will have two gospel trips with visiting saints (from Japan and FTTA).
  • From January 10-11, we will distribute Bibles at Bellevue college between 9 am – 2 pm. Please sign up at the counter if you can participate.
